Poor management, Poor service, Poor room, Poor entrance. I mean everything about this hotel is worse. We went their on 2016 when we were in sutakunda for the first time. There was only this & a little hotel which was worse too on this tiny city. This hotel looked more worse then it is now back then. It looked more like a brothel than a proper hotel. We stayed here because there was no place nearby to stay & we needed to stay for at least two nights to roam around in the tourist places in here. Years passed but they did not modify that much. On tourist season time the city gets a lot of tourist attractions bus they still have those poor quality closed rooms with more worse toilets, narrow passage & walkway, shittly smell everywhere. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Not even the people i dislike.

It is one of best and old hotels in Sitakund. A lot of tourists stay there with safety. It is a cheap cost price hotel so people from the country select it for their choosing option. At the beginning, it was not well decorated but now it gives well service to the visitors. Good staffs are available there.

Decent hotel for a budget traveller. Reasonable room rent. Rooms are not well decorated though and also have some drainage issue. The behaviour of the receptionist is praise worthy.

Worst hotel experience. On early morning there wasn't water After we back hotel at 5:00 pm then also there wasn’t water about 2 hours, Toilet was so nasty. They didn’t gave us any soap And room was so narrow

It was a ok place regarding the rent
The management is good and helpful They are really chatty and you can sit with them and gossip for a long time if you want
They will help you with infos and will take care of your bags and other things if you want to even after check out

Now why 3 star not 4/5
1. Their rooms are ok but not clean..
2. AC works but you'll also have to deal with water that drops from it.
3. Toilets are worst here No exaust penel for the toilet And the common toilet they have also not clean and hygiene

Note: while we were leaving they owner said they are gonna renovate that place If they do and specially work on the cleanliness it's gonna be hell of a good staying place
Prior to that my suggestion is checking the place before making a booking

They recently added AC Rooms. The management still have some shortcoming. The room wasn't properly cleaned and the bed was full of dust. The Bathrooms are quite narrow and the water wasn't entirely clean. Had to use bottle water for brushing.

Since its a tourist attraction based hotel, things will be different from hotels in other places. They still need to improve cleaning and water quality.

This was the first time we came here. As it was Eid season so the room expanse was a little too much. Their washroom quality is not that good but everything else is okay. We had fun and stayed comfortably. We recommend it.

The worst hotel to stay is Sitakunda, Chittagong. Rooms are not clean. It is better to avoid this hotel.

This is a very bad hotel. Their environment is too poor. Rooms are so tiny. Washrooms is very bad. staircases are not comfortable. Daylight doesn't come inside the room. Everything is this hotel is horrible. Try to avoid it.
