Good Service Quality, Also all staff are really friendly with visitor. Food quality is average but hygienic. Wi-fi signal not good. Rooms are average but better then other hotels at Rangamati. Specially rooms rent is really well in budget.

An excellent place to stay in Rangamati. The hanging bridge is 20 minutes distance by CNG which is the main interest of Kaptai Lake. The hotel has nice accomodatiin, a large hall room, conference room. Room service is excellent. Just beside the hotel there is a wharfage where you can hire boats to have a great journey by boat over kaptai lake.

Somewhat okay to stay for not too long but hotel management does not seem to be very helpful regarding room facilities and hygiene. Although the new room service guy named Helal was helpful.

You won't like it's cleanliness and service but they are very much proud of it. Again this hotel charged too much for a night's stay. Demanded rate is twice as high expectations

Remarkably poor service and response rate. I have tried to contact them multiple times but no one received the phone. Same goes with the landline number! With such miserable level of service its sheer audacity of calling themselves a so called 'star' hotel.

It was okay to stay one night if you are late to reach rangamati. It's in town so you will get the minimum facilities by hotel boy. I didn't like the cleanliness and the management of this. I think it was too cost than others place. As per the management and place, I think it should be reasonable.

The hotel is quite old but without doubt the best hotel in Rangamati. The employees are very well behaved and friendly. Their food is the best in town too.
