Hotel is Good, front view is open and green. U can get fresh air. Hotel staffs are poljte and gentle. This place is little bit far from city but calm and quite.

Though Interiors and room's size is very good but the cleanliness need to improve more specially of restroom. Professional cleaning service need to involve here. Manager must need to visit every room personally. Stains remains on wall tiles at restroom. But overall view from hotel rooms is excellent. If management take care professionally then it may become best hotel of Rajshahi.

One of the best Corporate hotel 3 star standard at Rajshahi city. I specially recomended for all corporate houses and social event planner.
This hotel has the best customer service of any hotel I've had the pleasure of visiting in Rajshahi. From the time I'm greeted at the front door until the time I check out, the people here exceed my expectations. I'm not going to name everyone that went above and beyond while I was here because I'd feel bad if I left anyone out. I hadn't been here in 7 months but the business class star staff at the front desk managed to find the last room I stayed in and made sure it was available for me. The Chairman makes himself personally available on each visit as he welcomes feedback. There are several dining options, the restaurants change every few years to keep things fresh. The food is outstanding! The rooms are clean and well lit. There have been several improvements to the security and comfortable since I began staying here three or four month ago. Bottom line for me, I'm no longer a guest here, I think I'm extended family. Any at the front desk goes as far as making flight reservations when I'm having issues, I get a follow up phone call after I arrive in my room to make sure it's adequate. We walked in and had an amazing buffet - $42 but so much variety
and includes proper coffee. The chai is very good! We also had a
wonderful spa treatment (facial) which includes the use of the

Hotel star has always done an amazing job at looking after my husband and I.They cared for all our foreign guests at our wedding,looking after dietary requests, birthday surprises, and helpful advice about the area. Hotel star uses coffee beans, and always has a great coffee maker on the machine. Well recommend staying at this wonderful, friendly hotel.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The security was good. Location was close to other Chinese and Thai restaurants that I like. Near by has fruit juice shop that I love. Down side, breakfast was not enough variety. Sorry to say it was terrible. The menu was almost the same everyday, I had a long stay. They should think of International guests. The food was too spicy for me.

Food test is bad. Room quality is below 3 star (to me poor). Front desk staff, too poor. Need to learn normal cartesy. Also lies a lot. Room rent AC Standard should be below BDT 1,500/-.
