Cheap hotel, provides super slow wifi, not very neat. Booked a room for one night, the room I was provided had no window to use, the bathroom had a tiny pipe sized ventilator, and during night cigarette smoke came through it & filled the bathroom with it. I'm a non-smoker & faced difficulty because of this weird situation.

One of the worst hotel I found in Cox Bazar. They don't have any room service. Unclean room, bathroom, damaged TV, fridge, shower, water tap, Room is full of bad smell, they didn't give any room facilities like soap, shampoo, towel, brush, toilet tissue. Such type of hotel is just destroying the reputation of Bangladesh infornt of foreigners. Govt should cancel their licence as soon as possilbe coz they didn't have any ability to serve good service.

Good hotel. Away from sea beach; 20Tk rickshaw rent away!! But you will have good restaurants like Poushi (প‌উষী) here. Also nice calm and quite area. The hotel service is good. Sometimes you will have to tell the stuffs more than one about what you wanted earlier. Management may not change the broken tap etc but they will always say they will send someone to change it. If you pay their asked room rate they will provide complementary breakfast, but you should try to reduce the rate. One complementary breakfast experience: they provided a 2 liters bottle of water which is already opened, and at the end they asked the price of that water.

Not that luxurious,but good at service.Wi-fi sevice should improve as well as old ventilation system.You may heard a lot of romour about its swimming pool.

Pathetic experience.The staffs were bit helpful but the room is full of obsolete, outdated furniture and the bed sheet was dirty. Even the AC was not working properly. The hotel needs proper renovation if it expects decent number of guests.

Rooms are run down. Not well maintained. Restaurant has a menu that only 1/3 the items are served or available. When you order something you don't receive it but pay for it.

Hotel Silver Shine is one of my favorite hotel since 15 years! It has a restaurant named - "Silver Spoon" where i met my friends and colleagues for meeting and eating!
