it's a hotel. you can check in here for nights or days whatever you want. it's basically for the the comers/visitors/travellers form outsider the Cox's Bazar. there is some shops and some event planning agency. It is a good budget hotel with lift.
From a Westerner's expectation this was a very substandard hotel. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and the beds we're very stained and used. The window in the bathroom had no screen so mosquitoes came in at night. To set your expectations, the room had a squatty, no heat or air conditioning, one outlet, no WiFi (only in lobby), and
It's good to know that they are trying to come out of the dirty business, once they were famous for.
They are trying to get a better reputation now. It's been told that, they are not running the dirty business anymore.
A classy example of middle or low class hotel. Lack of room service, not much well furnished and dirty rooms. But compared to the price its good enough. Location is good for the corporates but for visitors its become a distance from the beach. If you are looking for low price hotel with little or no room service then its could be you desire place, Otherwise the experience would be horrifying.
