A short walk to the town centre and the beach. Restaurant food is good but service is slow. Some fittings in the room do not work. Housekeeping is bad (dirty bathroom and garbage under the bed) and attitude is below par (refusing to run backup generator). This is a "local hotel". If you find local conditions hard to accept, choose a different hotel.

Room condition is good but bed sheet and pillow is not up to mark. Bathroom feetings need some repair. From my experience, they need to improve their manner little more to provide good quality of service.
Lastly, the hotel is near to beach and you need only two minutes to reach.response / report this review -

Rooms in there is not that much good. their bedsheets was so smelly and there was a lot of nasty & dirty spots on those bedsheets. we asked them to replace those with clean or new ones but they didn't & replied us "all our bedsheets looked like that. this is not a problem & all of them washed properly". i didn't know that properly washed meant a bedsheet with large dirty & filthy spots. not recommanded.

Nice hotel in koyakata. Near the sea. Environment very nice. Room rent cost is maintainable. Single & double room is available here. Road transaction is suitable. Perfect hotel for tourist. Room service is very good. Breakfast, lunch & diner is available this hotel. Best of luck.

medium ranged, nice looking, attractive with a restaurant hotel in kuakata and close to the sea beach. You can actually enjoy the sea view from the hotel room. The room is fine to stay but their bed sheet, pillow cover, is really poor. In case of service, I think it's not up to the mark. bt I found the manager a good person.

This hotel is cheap and you can enjoy the sea from it's window if you can rent a room on top floor and of course at the right hand side ( left side of the hotel). However, you will not be satisfied with it's service. Service is really too bad to board again.

Not professional. Average service. Windows are very tight to open them. Its Sea girl Restaurent does not serve fresh fish. Hotel does not provide shampoo and toothpaste.

One of the best mid range hotels in Kuakata. The restaurant is fabulous. I highly recommend this place. The stuffs are eager to help. The overall experience is wonderful.
