Safe place. Good for low budget stay. But they found badly costly in pick time. In pick time they charge 5/6 times higher charge which is completely unethical. They do not have restaurant here. They do not serve complementary breakfast. Beach points are also far from the hotel.

Near to world longest Cox'sbazar Sea-beach. Resturent, kid's shop, Bus station everything around present around this Hotel.
