  This is only modern hotel in Ishwardi. It is New (November 2017). Located at centre point of city, at station road; just 10 minutes walking distance from Ishwardi Railway Station. It occupy 2nd and 3rd floor of multistoried commercial complex, name Nasim Tower. This is the tallest building of the city. They have total 25 rooms. All rooms are A/C; Room rent range is BDT 2500-5000.
  Good side:
  • All of the rooms have high commode, hot water, LCD/LED TV with cable connection.
  • Though located at center of the city but not noisy.
  • They have Wi-Fi connection.
  • Standard sized room .
  Cons are:
  • Located in 2nd -3rd floor of the building but no access by lift, one has to use stair.
  • No internal restaurant of the hotel, so you need to go outside for food. However there are lots of restaurant in the locality, so it will not be a great problem.
  • Service of staffs is not much professional.
  • Mosquito can be a problem, they use to spray arousal but that is not sufficient. Mosquito will create havoc later on night.
  
  Pre booking may be required as this is only modern hotel in the city; there is a possibility for not availability of rooms.
  Considering the locality it may be treated as 4.5 out of 5 .
