This hotel is located in the busiest area of the city. Truly speaking, if you have works in Motijheel area and you want to beat the traffic as long as you have work then this hotel is one of the best choice for you. Rent seemed little over the top but I presume it's ok considering its location. There are lots of space for improvement. Lots of clients complained about the passage as well as the toilet. I hope the hotel management takes all the suggestions seriously and do the needful.

Some Japanese guest complained in weblogs they didn't keep baggage after check-out, but they have improved that and moreover give us baggage tag.
Room was not bad, though bathroom hadn't been cleaned up.
A certain staff demanded tip, even though he only put towel,soap,and toilet paper which is prepared in advance.

this is the oldest hotel in mothijeel, dhaka, bangladesh. today i stay in this hotel. the staffs are quite good. but i am surprised in here they no give me minimum labrotary items, like as shampoo, tooth pest and brush. they give me only one old towel, one shop and a toilet paper. the room i take its semi vip & the cost of this room is 31.25 us$/ tk 2500. i stay so many hotels in bd & abroad. this is quit funny. i just laughing in my room about
this. the last dy of dhaka i am enjoying it. love u BANGLADES

Not too dirty as in review..Nobody entered into room w/o permission or in absence even for cleaning..good room service.. 24hr electricity & hot water..good security.. cctv covered each floor..entry,exit anytime..

Old Bed foam.. power socket was burned.. restaurants stuff was unfriendly.. only DBBL pos,it was not working properly. No Amex or Diners.. very slow WiFi..

its the worst hotel ever!
the receptionist, the staffs..ohh god! very very bad
specially their behavior!
aggressive, arrogant..
rooms were not clean!
ceiling was broken!
exhausted and suffocated
I would suggest to everyone, don't go near to that place!
they don't even know how to talk with guests

Stayed there for 1 night.The room they gave us was not clean enough. No geyser in bathroom in this winter season!! What the hell is this.
Most importantly, this is an international hotel, but their staffs are unprofessional, have no manners at all.
Furthermore, the receptionist/ manager sounds very arrogant and unfriendly.
Moreover, the ppl who complaints about their hotel condition, are ignored.
>For the management- if you can't respect or appreciate their reviews good or bad then why the hell do you need reviews. People pay money to stay here, you don't give rooms for free.
