Very good accommodation with too cheap rates. You can find AC or non AC at very reasonable price. The hospitality and the room service is satisfactory. I've enjoyed my stay for two times in consecutive years.

Hotel hill view a big hotel in bandarban city. This hotel standard is normal quality but room rate is cheap. Hotel Inside everywhere neat & clean and staff behave also good.

cheap rate. highest hospitality. informative and helpful reception. free wifi. neat and clean. all available 3 star hotel's facility. watching hills through window. best quality food service in a hill tract.

Absolutely hated this hotel. I stayed in a non-AC Family Deluxe room, which had an AC, but you had to pay 60% more to turn it on, in which case it automatically became an AC Family Deluxe room.
Although the room seemed clean at first, I later found long hairs on the floor. The small rug in the middle of the room was dirty. The walls of the bathroom were dirty.
The room was connected to another one through a door, and you could overhear people in the other room talking. They also tried to enter my room through the connected door - probably thought that it led to a bathroom.
There were no toilet paper rolls in the bathroom and no tissue paper in the bedroom. When I asked the staff to provide them, I was informed that the toilet rolls will be provided but not the tissue papers for the bedroom. Apparently one needs to stay in an AC room to be eligible to receive tissues for bedroom.
I would never stay in this hotel again, and I would ask everyone visiting Bandarban to do the same.
P.S. the WiFi sucked.

It's a central hotel of Bandarban. After reach Bandarnan of Chittagong first you can see this hotel. Much better place for take rest. The around hill and also a golf club beside the hotel. The hotel restaurant also much better for take a meal or breakfast. It's a awesome place for take neat breath.
