Best as the local people says, good behavior, nice arrangement. Compare to other tourist spot/place Khagrachari is growing. Need more good hotel or resort etc.
Main problem is low voltage power, therefore difficult to get AC service.

I have never seen a bad hotel like this with such handsome room rent! It is in a remote area and enough away from the Khagrachari town. You'll not get any emergency things around it even there is no small stall or departmental shop. Although the cooking was not that bad but after ten o'clock at night they'll close the restaurant and you'll be unable to find any tea or coffee. Hotel atmosphere is like a hunted house after 10 pm at night.
Power Management is totally rough. Though it was the hottest month of May they won't run the power generator during the electricity failure (very common here) after 5 am except night. I was there with my family and it was a horrible situation after 5 am. My 1 year old kid was sufferings in such a hot morning and hotel authority didn't allowed my request to run the generator after power failure!

এরকম ভাড়ায় এত বাজে হোটেলে আমি কোন দিন থাকিনি। একতো খাগড়াছড়ি শহর থেকে বেশ বাহিরে তাই জরুরি প্রয়োজনে কোন কিছুই পাবেননা তার উপর আশপাশে কোন ছোটখাট দোকানও নাই। যদিও রেস্টুরেন্টের রান্নাটা খারাপ লাগেনি কিন্তু রাত দশটার পর তাদের রেস্টুরেন্ট বন্ধ তাই চা-সিগারেট খেতে চাইলেও পাবেননা। একদম ভুতুরে পরিবেশ।

বিদ্যুৎ ব্যবস্থাপনা আরো খারাপ। এই মে মাসের গরমের মাঝেও ওরা লোডশেডিং হলে রাত ছাড়া জেনারেটর চালাবেনা। ভোরের দিকে লোডশেডিং হওয়ায় আমি সপরিবারে আমার ছোট বাচ্চাকে নিয়ে অনেক কষ্টে পড়েছিলাম। রিকোয়েস্ট করারর পরও হোটেল কর্তৃপক্ষ জেনারেটর চালায়নি।
এই হলো তাদের মেহমানদারির নমুনা!

It's a good hotel people are good.. electricity is a problem but you cannot expect more from this remote hilly place.. city is far from the hotel.. but those people like silence of nature .. I suggest this hotel for them.. it is better if you have ur own vehicle with u..

Good hotel to spent some days who loves quite place without noises . Rooms are not bad or not luxurious - overall its ok for the visitors with family and friends.
The view of out side is hills with green all over and enough to make you refresh and charmful. Food, survices and others facilities are acceptable.
