Just ok type. Found spot in the bed sheets. Washroom fittings is old, water came too slow. No hot water for shower. No soap provided for using after pooping 😂
Breakfast is ok type, basic items only.

Overall, I wanted to give it a two star. But I needed medicine and called them at 11.30 PM. One of them went to pharmacy and brought me the medicine. TV and AC is ok.

Dalas Residential Hotel & Chinese Restaurant is situated on the heart of the Rajshahi town. Very quiet and excellent service, inexpensive. Nice panoramic views seen from hotel balcony.

They tells one price and takes one price, the service of hotel is way too bad that we have to pay for each and evrything, there are tons of hidden charges, they agrees to provide you breakfast with the room rate but they may charge you more if you are foreigner beware of everything👍 hotel is well decorated but staff aren’t, you will get 250 or 450 taka of blanket for 2500+vat of 15% only some of the staffs has got the proper attitude we were in a group and we all are unsatisfied

A clean, modern & very luxurious hotel in Rajshahi City. Staff's behavior is satisfied. They are little bit expensive but they serve very good. They also provide a quality food. But the shocking fact is they employes child labour.

I don't even want to rate it 1, The manager doesn't know how to behave with a guest. He is very impolite and rude. I talked to him for a room booking; I and my husband wanted to stay there few days for official purpose; unfortunately he is talking in a way that he is doing charity. The authority should train him client servicing as an extensive course and then reappoint him. Thanks
