It’s called 5 star hotel but they're service very poor,like 3 star. Also food quality is Very very poor,food items are few but Prize is higher then others hotel.so i think it’s not a 5 star hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a night. But The hotel is not so clean and the room service is not so good. Intercom and toilet flash were not in order. No room service was available for that reason. There were plenty of mosquitos in the room and the air conditioner was very noisy. No complement breakfast. No kid zone. A wheelchair accessible entrance is available. Per room was charged for BDT 2650/- for a night stay.

Stuffs are mostly very unfriendly, rude & shows attitude. Even if you give reference for better service they will show frustration as they no longer can show attitude to you. Highly recommended to avoid unless you can't find any other place to stay.

Room was fair. Overly priced for what you get!Entire 2nd floor is used as a trash dump and the elevator was out. Roaches. Mattresses decent. Bathroom clean. But no fitted sheets. Super loud as it’s right next to busy road and train station. We could only sleep between 1am-7am. Porter that helped us with our bags insisted on getting a tip. We didn’t have much change and he wouldn’t leave with just 10Takas. He stayed for over 5 minutes insisting. It was very awkward. I opened the door and pointed to him leaving and he wouldn’t. I then called down to the desk to ask him to leave and finally he did.

if I could give this place a zero I would.
rooms are very out of date. switches were not work. toilet flush wasn't working properly. door was jammed. basically a fire hazard. service was poor.
we only stayed here to get a few hours of rest. left before nightfall. so many better places than this at a cheaper rate.

Just ok type. Found spot in the bed sheets. Washroom fittings is old, water came too slow. No hot water for shower. No soap provided for using after pooping 😂
Breakfast is ok type, basic items only.

Overall, I wanted to give it a two star. But I needed medicine and called them at 11.30 PM. One of them went to pharmacy and brought me the medicine. TV and AC is ok.

They tells one price and takes one price, the service of hotel is way too bad that we have to pay for each and evrything, there are tons of hidden charges, they agrees to provide you breakfast with the room rate but they may charge you more if you are foreigner beware of everything👍 hotel is well decorated but staff aren’t, you will get 250 or 450 taka of blanket for 2500+vat of 15% only some of the staffs has got the proper attitude we were in a group and we all are unsatisfied...

A clean, modern & very luxurious hotel in Rajshahi City. Staff's behavior is satisfied. They are little bit expensive but they serve very good. They also provide a quality food. But the shocking fact is they employes child labour.

I don't even want to rate it 1, The manager doesn't know how to behave with a guest. He is very impolite and rude. I talked to him for a room booking; I and my husband wanted to stay there few days for official purpose; unfortunately he is talking in a way that he is doing charity. The authority should train him client servicing as an extensive course and then reappoint him. Thanks
