This is a good hotel with all the necessary amenities. The service is good. WiFi is a bit troublesome though.

Worse part of this hotel is bathroom which seams separate but no it is common from roof you will get sound, foul smell, (you know what i mean) everything.. Another thing is windows. Careful about it.( Max room have no windows). It is 3: 40 am and i am steel wake to write it because it is very annoying.

Overall a better hotel in quality, service and safety the the others around here I have found out so far. The pricing is reasonable but slightly a bit higher than the others as expected. Specially safe and secure for the couple.

Responsive in service (most of the time)
Moderate washroom
Hot water ( in most rooms)
Wifi ( reasonably fast now a days)
Brush, toothpaste, shampoo (not that good in quality), Soap
Single Towel
Intercom
Rooftop sitting space (not too clean always)

No TV
Most rooms don't have windows

Good place to stay at a cheap rate in Chittagong. I stay there when I'm in a low budget. The rooms are good and well maintained. The service is good too. And the service you get from them at the price is totally justified.

Nothing to rate it. Those who need to stay couple of days may chose it for competitive room fare. It is in busy place of Chittagong. Renowned restaurant like Zamam hotel, Sabuj hotel is also beside these hotel.

Overall ami satisfied. Kicu choto khato somossa ase jegula mene neya Jai. Jemon, purbo diker room gulate WiFi signal ta valo pawa jai na. Jodi o tader prottekta floor a router bosano ase. Oneker to WiFi signal thake kintu internet thake na, sey tulo nai valo. R tv ta thik cilo na. Unader dis line r obostha onekta kharap. Baki room r kotha bolte pari na. Ami 607 a cilam. Good thing: gorom pani cilo, AC kono problem cilo na. Room service o valo cilo. Wash room o clean cilo. Lift o thik thak cilo. 😊 Note: pic gula Avalon Park r na. সল্পখরচে মোটামুটি ভালো আবাসিক হোটেল,পরিবেশ ও ভালো তবে দিনে রাতে খুব বেশী নয়েজ,চাকমা বয় গুলো খুবই খারাপ,১০ টাকার খাবার এনে ২০ টাকা বিল করে,একটারে ধরে ৮০ টাকা ফেরত নিয়েছি।ও মনে করেছিলো আমি ঐ এলাকায় নতুন।
