  They are not professional. For trial made work 2h 40m, but they charge for 4h 26m 15s. When I place order through apps for 26 days, it showed me 4600 taka like that but after trial they said my payment will be more than 6k taka.. So irritating..

  Poor servicevery poor app. Maid was absent but in app she was present. Noone receive phone call and noone inform about the absence of maid.

  I have taken their monthly package they sent a very unprofessional worker who talks bad and works like a turtle.and she keeps talking over phone with office throughout the working timeand can't work on time! rather than working she spends time on phone or tries to gossip with me or my family member.. after complaining they assured to provide a new maid which they haven't yet and charging me for extra days which she didn't work on.now they are not receiving my calls or contacting me..I prepaid everything..paid 2530 for 2 works.. expected professionalismno longer have faith in them

  Hellotask has a very unique way to bring a vast population who work as domestic workers in a managed platform. They are dedicated, hard-working and also talented. There service is growing with time.

  I requested for instant service. The worker didn't find my house, and didn't care to even give a call, whereas I called her multiple times. The management even didn't bother to monitor or make a call to check why the worker didn't arrive. By the way, my house is in Uttara Model Town in a sector, where the location is very easy to find for anyone. This seemed to be more like a reluctant and non-professional attitude.
