The station is very small. It is a beautiful station. All the trains from Dhaka to Chittagong and Dhaka to Sylhet touch this station though all the trains do not stop here. It is under the district of Narsingdi. Some local trains stop here. The station is not so old. Natural sight around the station is amazing.

This Railway Station is located in the Hatubhanga village under the Raipura Upazila. Methikanda & Khanabari railway station are very close to this place. If you are riding on a intercity train, then this railway station will be passed through within few seconds.
This station is not a perfect place to ride on a direct train. Rather you can wait for a local train.
