One of my best favorite places is Hatirjheel. I really love this place all the time, when I getting free time would love to spend at Lake Park. The nature of beauty and green really touches my heart.

I'm always trying to visit this place at least one time a week.

One of the best region entire the Dhaka City in Bangladesh. No traffic collision. Public bus route is available. Fare is also reasonable. Boat is another great attractive transport mode for tourists. People really enjoy calm environment, fresh air as well as jheel.

It is a good place in Dhaka city. It is really so nice for every person. Nice Road, nice Park & nice lake. Many people come come here from different place for refreshing his mind. It is a recreation place for everyone. It is also play ground for kids & walking place available here for old man. From my point of view, it is really so good for all city people.

This is the best thing most recently happens to Dhaka, The great Hatirjheel project. This prestigious and ambitious project has added an western outlook to Dhaka. This entire project has beautified the city in a modern way. Bangladesh army has executed this project. After this project, quality of jheel water has increased considerably. Natural environment surrounding this has been restored.

One of the most beautiful places in Dhaka. Very nice place for recreation, walking, running. The area is surrounded by beautifully designed lakeside roads. In the middle there are three very nice bridges that becomes colorful at night. There are boats in the lake and cycling bus service for visitors. You can enjoy street from at some point here. The place is very popular.

Coolest place in Dhaka city. Environment and atmosphere is really nice.

Hatirjheel is a lakefront in Dhaka, Bangladesh that has been transformed into a transportation medium for minimizing traffic congestion.

The area was constructed under Bangladesh Army and the Special Works Organization (SWO). It is now a popular recreational spot for residents of Dhaka and is currently undergoing more renovation.

Hatirjheel lake, the biggest recreational place for the people in the capital, is losing attraction as it has turned into a ‘dumping ground’ for household waste and other garbage.

The number of people visiting the lake has sharply declined as its water emits unpleasant smell due to dumping of waste materials.

People living around Hatirjheel area are annoyed because of the spread of stench. Visitors and pedestrians cover their noses to get rid of the bad smell.

The water of the lake is getting polluted as household wastes and other garbage fall into the lake through drains in different areas.

Hatirjheel Musical Dancing Fountain will be the largest colourful water fountain in South Asia
If you visit one of Dhaka’s leisure spots, Hatirjheel lake, in the evening, you might be treated to an amazing dance of colours and music.

The 1,980 square metre Hatirjheel Musical Dancing Fountain, built in the waters of Hatirjheel lake, is the first dancing water fountain in Bangladesh.

The fountain creates aesthetic designs of different colours and three-dimensional images, achieved by employing the effects of timed sounds and light, including lasers against water particles. The water refracts and reflects the light, and in doing so, produces the images.
