  Their after sells service is so bad that I am writing this review describing what went wrong. We got like 1 lacs plus worth of furniture from them on july 2018. A stich joint of the sofa got loosen up automatically in november. So we asked them to come fix it. Since then I have requested them countless amount of times to come and fix the small issue. They are simply reluctant about that. Whenever I go again to request, they have only one excuse, "Our worker is on vacation". My question is how long is he on vacation? Its been over 4 months, still I did not get the after sells service.
  Never go to this shop. They are simply disgusting at customer service.

  Ordered Dining table, chair, wardrobe from them. Upto delivery their service was satisfactory. But after that, they are so reluctant.

  The worst service I ever found. Zero professionalism, zero after sell service. I bought 1 and half lakh taka furniture and they are affected by ants after couple of months. I urge you all not to buy any thing from here ever. I've made a huge mistake buying from here.
