  It is one of most expensive and comfortable residential inn ever I saw at Sunamganj. It is situated at Hazipara Road. You can go by rickshaw. The fair of rickshaw may be 10-20 tk. It is air conditioned and suitable for any type of conference. The food served here is also very nice. I attended there in a conference arranged by British Council. You may find good parking here. You may enjoy natural scene beside it. The accommodation rooms are better than other residential one's. Though it is costly I have enjoyed it.
