This is looking nice housing society. Flood and rain water always disturbed here.The famous chevron clinic is also available here.
Housing estate road is wide but roads condition is very worst.Here along play ground.

One of the planned housing society in Chittagong. But unfortunately laid on low area on Southern part of Chittagong and Bangladesh as well very much adjacent to Bay of Bengal. Flood & Rain water always disturbs here and the high class people living in this area for sake of prominent and quality school and colleges are now bound to move from here. If the govt. keep eye on it, it may return in form with in short. The branded Furniture show rooms are in this area but same to suffers in flood water at Agrabad Access Road. Lots of restaurants, banks, commercial towers, show rooms, schools, colleges, mosques, super shop, markets are in here and all the modern lifestyle utilities and accommodation is available here. The famous Chevron Clinic is also available here. Nice place to reside on except the rainy season disturbance.

According to the standard of housing society it fails to accomplish some facilities. One major issue is drainage system is very poor. Housing gas distribution not up to the mark in comparison with other locations. But road communication quiet good but size of the road not spacious.

Halishahar housing is looking nice, This place situated on the basis of well planned. This housing estate road space is wide. But roads present condition is very worst. here mosque, primary school & high school available. This housing estate security is very strong. Here a long play ground. All time Some student playing game on the play ground. Here school teachers learning style is easy & good. which learning are easily captured by the student.

Very big residential area no doubt. Roads are also much spacious. but area falls in severe waterlog in rainy season that creates big problem in everyday life of the residents.

Its an housing area. It has couple of block and several lane, playing ground, and market place. House rent is mid range. Good place for live but due to near sea it often flooded.

A good residential area in Chittagong. Well planned roads and utility service makes life better and easier. Rents are comparatively cheaper here. However, good schools, market places, community centers and parks are nearby.

One of the best Housing estate in Chittagong town. Most of the Landlord (owner of land/house) are from different location of Bangladesh. Most of them are from Sandwip/Noakhali.
All roads are neat and clean also secured.
