Hakka Dhaka
A Chinese restaurant is an establishment that serves
Chinese cuisine outside China . Most of them are in the
Cantonese restaurant style, often adapted to local
preferences, as in the American Chinese cuisine and
Canadian Chinese cuisine . The Chinese restaurants in the
Netherlands usually combine Cantonese and Indonesian
meals on their menu. Chinese takeouts ( United States and
Canada ) or Chinese takeaways ( United Kingdom and
Commonwealth) are also found either as components of
eat-in establishments or as separate establishments, and
serve a take out version of Chinese cuisine.
Chinese restaurants in the United States began during the
California gold rush, which brought twenty to thirty thousand
immigrants across from the Canton (Guangdong) region of
China. By 1850, there were five restaurants in San
Francisco. Soon after, significant amounts of food were
being imported from China to America's west coast. The
trend spread eastward with the growth of the American
railways, particularly to New York City .[1] The Chinese
Exclusion Act allowed merchants to enter the country, and
in 1915 restaurant owners became eligible for merchant
visas. This fueled the opening of Chinese restaurants as an
immigration vehicle. [2] As of 2015, the United States had
46,700 Chinese restaurants

The restaurant serves mostly traditional food, yet the quality is of high-standard. Good spacious place to savor the delicious food items. there is also an open-space beside the main dining, which can offer a glimpse of "roof-top" scenario.

Food is very good.. quantity is more than enough..staffs' behavior is good and decent.
Always love their food. Good place for family dinner.
A small glitch is most of the foods r spicy. There r many people who can't tolerate that much spice.
But the food taste and ambience is up to the mark. Price compared to quantity is very reasonable.

I went there out of the blue. Meet the owner and he is a cool dude. I told him that I was visiting from the states and that his restaurant interior is awesome. The food was also good.

Nice place. The food is awesome and so tasty. You can have diferent types of food in one platter. The platter is great and I loved the yogurt most. platter for 4 can easily cover 5 people. The behavior of the waiter was so good. Its a good place to go with family.

Nice place. Nice environment and ambience. Staff were almost helpful! Didn't like the food too much though. And if you sit outside, better put some anti-mosquito cream on ;)

Food was good,
Prices were reasonable, we had the platter B which served 4 people for only 2,500 taka (service charge & VAT inclusive so no hidden extra charges). This would be in the midrange market for Chinese restaurant, not on the same level as places like Mainland China or other high end ones, yet funnily enough the food quality of this place was on far with Mainland China. Presumably you're only paying for the interior decor.

A nice place at Dhaka for Hakka food. Some are very spicy but really delicious. A perfect place for lunch or dinner with Japanese foods. Its better at price during the time of going offer.

You can get platters here for 4 or 5 people and the taste of food is really good. I tried the Mongolian Beef with noodles and rice with cashew nuts and they were impressive.

The Place was really great and the behavior Of the staff's are really great. Even the owner of the Restaurant came to ask is everything alright. And most importantly the food quality was 5/5. and price was reasonable too.
