The launch terminal is one of the best and popular route from Bhola to Dhaka, to Alexander to Char Jahiruddin, to Monpura, to Hatia, to Betua launch ghat etc. It has been an important route for the people of Bhola

It is an important route to reach Borhanuddin Upazila under Bhola district. Many people come to Borhanuddin, Bhola through this launch ghat from capital city Dhaka, commercial capital Chittagong, Noakhali, Feni, Lakshmipur etc. Fishes (specially Hilsha) and other goods are supplied to Dhaka from here. Different goods are loaded and unloaded from here. Huge number of people come from different places and go to different places via this Ghat too.
