Gurudayal Government College is an educational institution located in Kishoreganj district of Bangladesh. The college was established in 1943. The college offers courses in higher secondary, undergraduate (honors) and postgraduate courses. Its higher secondary and degree classes are taught in three branches - Science, Humanities and Business Education and the educational activities are regulated by the Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. The undergraduate and postgraduate education activities of this college are affiliated to the National University. Initially, the educational activities started in the post bungalow of CNDB next to Rakhuail Jute Research Center and Dr. D. L. Das served as the founding principal. In 1945, Kaivartraj Gurudayal Sarkar unconditionally donated fifty thousand rupees to meet the financial difficulties of the college and to expand the educational activities and with this money his own land and college building were constructed for the college. Out of gratitude to him, the college was renamed as "Gurudayal College". In the same year, undergraduate level activities were introduced in the college. In 1947, on the advice of scientist Satyen Basu, a science branch was added to the college. Dr. D.L. After Das, Principal Wasimuddin made a significant contribution to the development of the college. The college was made official in 1970.

Well established college under national university in kishoreganj. It was founded on 1943 by Gurudayal Sarker. The area of the college is huge, they have separate buildings for every departments. Inside campus area is not well maintained, there are lots of trees inside and outside the campus. They have some student hostel which ars situated nearby. There is a big playground outside the campus.

A very good place to visit in the holidays since it is busy during the college hours. A large playground out in front of the college renders almost all outdoor sports facilities. A river named the Narasunda is flowing beside the college which enriches the scenic beauty & attracts most. There's also so many mobile food carts crowding around the open field which provides you a great variety of tastes with your lovely companions.

The campus & surroundings are magnificently beautiful. Probably one of the best college campuses in Bangladesh. There is a beautiful lake in front of the college building and related architectures like open stage and watch tower has been built on the bank of it. The whole premise is well planned and built around the concept of making it a place for social gathering for the inhabitants of this city. This can be a model to be replicated in other district colleges of Bangladesh.
