This was my regular place to visit when I was living in Dhaka. I went there regularly to withdraw money of my mother's saving certificate & faced lots of problems & difficulties for several times. I kept waiting in the line for hours. Too many subscribers; but huge lacking of manpower to serve them. Sometimes they ran out of their funds & subscribers were forced to come again the next day. Their quality of management & service are very poor. But the bright side is it's situated in a very crucial part of this city & that's why this place is so important to people. People come here not just for saving certificates but also for posting letters, sending percels etc. If the office is being recruited by enthusiastic professionals, the service might gets more improved.

Worst service ever! Called them to know the rate, they hung up on me saying that they can’t tell me as they are busy! I chose courier over them! They should do a basic manner course! If there is any higher authority to complain I am ready to do that! Just spoke to an idiot serving there

It is located in the residential area & has no sign on the main road for travellers, so hard to find. Place is good, wide & clean. Customer service is good & cost of the service is also fair.

Officers are cooperative. Same as all the other post offices. Sending parcels to abroad is very cheap and reliable.
