Had to cancel a trip with this company due to emergency hospitalization. This was one week before the trip but I would be in the hospital for a longer time. They were very friendly at first but we did not hear from them for a long time. Tried calling and e-mailing them later but they did not reply or remained evasive on the phone. We did not manage to get anything back.

They even owe 2000 taka that we overpaid but would get back on the boat. Despite multiple contact attempts we never heard from them again. Not recommended at all. Plenty of other tour operators do not use this one.
