Excellent Environment, Excellent Facilities, Delicious Dining Options, Great View. But One Thing They Need To Work On Is To Make Their Staffs More Professional So That They Treat Every Guest With Equal Respect. Overall Had A Great Time In The Resort.

Its an amazing experiance. Room, food, environment, surrounding and most important is the service and out standing behavior of the staffs. I have experienced of staying many 5 star hotels. My honest confession, GS is above all. Wish all the best of its Management and staffs.

Great location, staff, environment, foods, hygiene, pool, children's zone. In short, couldn't find any flaw in one of the best outing destination of Bangladesh. Though the cost is very high, I believe, every bit of it is worth. Would recommend anyone, and I myself would love to go back to this marvelous place.

It is an amazing blend with nature and facilities. Excellent option for relaxation and get out of your stress. Place is cozy and aesthetic. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It is a good option for large groups. Note that the place is one of the expensive and luxurious resort in the country.

highly professional and near perfect service. the staffs are friendly and helpful. food quality is very good. one of the best buffet breakfast in the country. very well maintained place. nice blue heated pool. we felt very safe and relaxed. definitely worth the visit.

A five star resort just in the middle of tea gardens and hills. But very convenient location and easily accessible. Liked the food, the variety and taste of almost all food items is awesome. Staffs are very cordial and helpful. Swimming pool is one of the biggest in Bangladesh.

A great resort for business travellers, group travellers and obviously family travel also. Spectacular location and all other location facilities makes it as lucrative spot for travellers.
It's breakfast is one of the best breakfast in Asia. Don't believe? .. just try yourself once and I'm sure you will also say like me, Wow!!! What a breakfast !!!
Swimming pool, definitely, a bigger one with great facilities for male and female both.
Tennis courts, Badminton courts, basketball court etc. are also great, but one of the tennis courts could be a grass-court.
I've found that there is a very racist rule regarding the golf course - it is allowed only for a specific class. I think this should be reviewed by the authority to allow all the resident guests.
Anyway, it is a great place overall.

Grand Sultan is one of the renowned luxury hotels of Bangladesh.So my expectations were high.Unfortunately it doesn't come up to my expectations.
location is very good,not far from the railway station,roads are also fine.View from the hotel is also panoramic.They have a small tea garden inside the premise!
Service is okay but not as standard as a 5star one.Stuffs are helpful and friendly yet.
Interior decoration is contemporary,so does the exterior.Although I have found it a bit congested.
They have two Swimming pool,jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor game zone and child zone along with a movie theatre and library.Everything is well maintained.
However what disappointed me most is their foods.very much average in taste.they need to improve a lot in this section.

I had to change my review for recent circumstances. I paid a visit here last weekend and had great experience. The service here is overall 5* . Room service is good but not that much just not much I expected. The natural side views are super great . And other structures are beautiful too . Nothing here is unsatisfying. Overall good but didn't reached my expectations

Very cozy place Very good place to stay and dine Bit costly but as of 5star rating it is normal This place have great view Have swimming pool.. Golf coursekids zone.. Food court Various scenic locations are at close like lawachara Have transportation facilities.

Awesome place. Its good for one night's stay. After one night there's nothing left to do. They are very strict on neat and cleanliness. Swimming Pool also has strict non-cotton dress policy. A bit expensive but its fully worth it.

5 star resort, the only one of its kind in Sylhet. Very selective on who they allow entrance to. We did not have reservations but were able to enter the resort however a few other local people unfortunately were turned away. Very clean and good food. Must go to the national forest which is nearby. A much better day out although does not obviously have the 5 star services.

Me and my wife stayed at the Executive King Suite and the room was great. Enjoyed the food as well as the environment (both inside and outside). The swimming pool and Jacuzzi was clean. But WiFi was poor. Had a great time and hope to revisit in future. Quite expensive so would help if the prices were decreased further. Overall satisfied.

Absolutely breathtaking! A good place to relax and enjoy with you family. There are some minor things to improve but overall it's a good place to stay.

Changes needed in:
1. Chauffeur Accommodation
2. More Entertainment services
3. Soothing Music Facility all around the resort
4 More late night activities
Etc.

Grand Sultan is the perfect place if you want to visit sylhet and spend quality time. It has a swimming pool that is very big and crystal clear. There are some games like golf,basketball,lawn tennis,table tennis,badminton etc. It has a great dining area. And they also have a greeting juice. They serve it when you enter the resort. And they also have many other facilities.

We went to Grand Sultan Tea Resort on February 2017 & we stayed 1 night there. The overall experience was simply mind blowing. Staffs were very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. The best part of Grand Sultan Tea Resort is the internal ambience and decorations. Perfect place for couples and also for families.

Amazing feelings anyone can get.. Good time for relaxation and perfect place romanticism.. Love this place. All the staffs are excellent and very friendly. Kids have a perfect playground and also adults. Tennis court, golf court, basketball court, table tennis, movie theaters and most attractive swimming pool is here.. Moreover, You feel like Real Sultan in here

Wonderful place. Interior & exterior decorations of the resort is an example of man made beauty. All of the staffs are very much cordial and smiling. It's the pride of Bangladesh.
