Situation in the heart of Rangpur city which is very busy place. Front desk staffs are well behaved. But general wash rooms are not clean as 5 star hotel. Room rent is very high as per quality and place.

I am definitely impressed by this hotel. Did not expect such a lavish hotel in Rangpur city. The rooms are spacious, minibar is well stocked. There are safety deposit boxes in the room. The breakfast spread was satisfactory. All in all it exceeded my expectations. Will return to explore all the other facilities that this hotel has to offer.

Definitely one of the best accommodations we would find in Rangpur. Clean, Neat and comfortable. Check-In was smooth. Rooms were spacious and loved their Classic Breakfast. But slightly on the expensive end compared to other hotels in the locality. But all is good for the quality of service they provide.

not a good place as a Four or Five Star ranking.

basically its small hotel with restaurant facility.

Menue is not up to the mark of a star ranking hotel and restaurant.

Certainly, price matches to 5 Star.

Need to upgrade food quality and menue and adjust price to standard.
