You only visit when you are in trouble with your mobile phone operator but you have to wait for long to get the service. Sometimes executives are gossiping but not listening to you and sometimes you get superb service. Depending on your outfits and bosy actions.

Their service is great. Not sure about closing time though. The executives are nice, friendly people. They always try to help, make you understand about your issue. The environment is nice. There is lots of seating arrangement, although people have to be in standing specialyin rush hour. Being a platinum star I did not have to wait much. There was about 10 counter, but they are doing there best to help and not keeping their customer awaiting.

Very helpful and friendly people work here. I was pleasantly surprised and my needs were instantly addressed while I waited comfortably on their sofa. Grameen Phone has mastered the art of customer expectation management. Grameenphone is the largest telecon company in Bangladesh. They offer quality and strength network. This customer care is very well decorated and anyone having any issues with Grameenphone network or data settings related or SiM related can be served from here.

People's are very much nice and cooperative here.

Sometimes they sell mobile items if different brands like iPhone, Samsung or many others.

They also offer installment facilities to their valued customers.

Not satisfactory. No parking no kids corner no fresh room no properly trained cm marketing for other products. For market leader i.e GP its really demotivating for a decade old user. Seems Cost optimization or profit increament superceeds customer prorities.

Their Service effeciency is very bad. Simple SIM replacement service waiting queue is around 2 hours. After that they updated me that this category SIM is not available. Very fraustating service.
