Michael Modhusudan college also known as M.M college was Constructed in 1941. That time this College First Name was Jessore college.This college has 7 big building. M.M college campus is very big with 22.18 acres of land. It has also a big playground, two mosque, two ponds, two common room and three students hostles. There is also a library with huge amount of books. College campus is very beautifu and every year lots of students make a good result from this College and for these reasons this College is one of the famous college in Jashore Board.

At the South Corner of Bangladesh this university is the biggest University. it holds A Remarkable position over other universities in Bangladesh. over 5000 students study there. there is four buildings in the whole area. recently added a new building beside other buildings. this university is named after a famous poets in Bangladesh Michael Madhusudan Dutta. there is a college for students of standard 11 and 12 which is very important and famous. there is also a hostel building and a pond in the college compound. there is 2 playgrounds in the area. there's also a Shaheed Minar. on 21st March people at morning comes to pay respect for the language matryers. Beside that the College compound always becomes crowded with students and passengers so it is a very busy place in the city. It is the heart of the city and the most favourite place for students.
