This powerplant site emerges a conflicting situation among the land owner and 1320MW powerplant proponent S A Group. This area is adjacent to the sea and the only fuel is coal which is proposed to transport by large mother ship from the outside of Bangladesh. The situation of the area in the year of 2016 is shown in the Picture, so that any one can judge on basis of existing feature with the future operation phases.
