Very poor service, indeed. We often go there to the pension branch for my maternal grandfather. The majority of the time they say, we don't have an internet connection. Isn't it ridiculous? Sometimes it takes much time to come back. And the govt retired person wait for a long time to perform their task. It is hampered our task. Such a govt office and they don't have a strong internet connection and we know that our country is a developing country and digital also. There are so many broadband connections are available in our country that serves non-stop internet service.

I would like to draw the kind attention of the higher authority of GPO that it would be convenient for everyone if GPO have a strong internet connection.

It's faculty and building structure is very good. You can find new postal stamps in this post office. Recently, they published new postal stamps during MUJIB100. I suggest you should buy it for the next generation.

Very slow service. Manual process.You have to pay some amount of bribe to complete your official processes. Most of all there are insufficient waiting facilities for everyone. Dont expect any lavatory.

Head of the Bangladesh postal office located west side of the Baitul Mukarram Mosque. Because of improving digital communication system postal office activities is now limited. The Government tries to introduce new postal and public services through Bangladesh Post Office. The service point of the GPO is not so neat and clean, not enough lighting facilities but officers are friendly and cordial.
