  Instead of focusing on facility within the small town, I would like to focus on the natural beauty while roaming on the bank of the river or some times walk through certain distance within the river during winter / dry season.
  
  One of the very sad part, I am observing adjacent river Brammaputra loosing its beauty day by day and dying due to less amount of water coming from the source. This will badly impact on Environment and life of the local people.
