I always wonder why they are still are. They give poor service to all customers. No matter what you pay them they will always treat you like king before you buy anything after buying product they will treat you like beggar. They will even provide you warranty which is irrelevant because they never take care of the product that are under warranty. Even if you take down you product and you have warranty they will try to avoid situations and tell you that damage is done by you and left you helpless by not taking the care of that product. Once I purchased a headphones. It was under warranty of 6 months but they didn't replace it, by giving excuses that that headphones wire was fold. Who the F uses headphones by keeping wires straight like a stand ?

Went there and bought gadgets several times. They are good. But you may also visit other shops like Cellfoni and letsbuy24. They are pretty good as well.

Their employees attitude is not good at all. Went there to buy a selfie stick and a girl shopkeeper behaved very rudely like she is my boss and if i want to touch anything i have to ask her fast. -_-

Can anyone from this shop please response, i give a One plus one for servicing 10days ago, concern of service center inform me, he will call me with in 3 days about the phone problem & service charge. but no one call me and no one picking my call(Service Center/ Smartphone Clinic). Pls help.

You can find Xiaomi smartphones, power banks, selfie sticks here. Previously they used to sell One+ phones but it is now discontinued. The price is reasonable.
