worst shop ever in dhaka. Workers/Salesman are too over smart. They are probably the worst gadget and accessories showroom in the whole dhaka. All of their branches are the same so pls don't buy any product from here. Don't spend your hard earned cash here in this shop.

Gadget and Gear is mostly renowned for selling the original branded mobile sets and mobile accessories. We been this shop today for the first time and bought a quick charger cable.

As I remember they have a big numbers of shops in many shopping complex. Most of the time they are selling high end devices. Also they are selling the accessories of mobile phones. But they do not have any mobile phone for showcasing to the customer. So if you want to buy a mobile or other thing, you can find only the packet which will not be opened for you unless you already paying your money for that phone. another thing is, Some representatives are rude also (most of them are good). The price is very high in comparison with other shops.

The officials are not cordial enough, also they are callous about their services. I bought a Mobile but the sales person could not replace my old sim rather they damaged my SIM and could not provide any solution regarding this

One of the prominent gadget & accessories shop in Dhaka city. They have number of branches around the city & this is one of the oldest branch of this chain. Currently they sell only authorised mobile phones though i don't know whether the accessories are also of same status or not. They have good variety of products, you will get all the authorised mobile phone brands under one roof. Products are expensive which they sell at MRP fixed by the importer but they offer additional gifts with every handset.

Fake shop selling fake electronics with no warranty and after service. If you phone breaks down bye bye pocket money repair it yourself if u can because they are going to say manufacture defect for sure and claim no responsibility for buying their illegal product. Do not go to this store just find a shop with warranty for devices even online shops give warranty these days and they will even deliver to you!!!

The bad part is they mostly sells non-warranty products. You will not get any after sales service. And they won't even open the box to show the gadget unless you buy it. It's OK in a sense, but you have to have a sample/display phone like oppo/huawei showrooms where people can run the product before buying it.
