Kazi abdul bari, was the founder of this Residence. he was one of the powerful Sufi of Chittagong division.
His grave is infron of his home. People come here for Ziarat. Wife of Abdul Bari, Anwara begum wass also piaus Muslim woman. Her grave is beside her husband.

Generally Kazi family used to helps people and teaches about religion. Often any one member of this family invited to village dispute judge's.
