Awesome food. Specially the pizza was great. However, the service in the beginning was not up to the mark. They deserve a five star only for pizza and amazing sky view.

Sky view dinning was beautiful with peaceful sight and food was tasty (8/10),
They serve with clean and caution. They have time maintenance attitude with polite behaviour. You can pass some chill moments here with family and friends.

The taste of food was 10/10
It was the best steak and sauted vegetables I have ever eaten.
    Service was good enough.
    Atmosphere was awesome.
Although they missed some items in the take away food, I rate them 5 for the ovarall experience.

This has such unique architecture and amazing possibilities. The level of care, maintenance, and clean up were quite unbelievable. The gardens were unattended and there was trash everywhere. Almost best to take a picture from the currency it will leave you with a better image.

Excellent service, friendly staffs and clean n tidy place. Although rooms were expected to have windows to see the view. However, the window scale is very small in width comparing to room. Would stay again in future.

The customer service was top notch. I couldn't have asked for them to be any better. If you have any problems at all, expect them to be handled immediately, and incredibly professionally. The staff was amazing. The restaurant had a great breakfast and dinner menu and kitchen as well.

This place is not to be confused with their hotel that is across the street. It can be a little hard to find for people who have not been there. The food served at the dinner buffet is very appetizing. The range of food was to my liking. There was sushi, sashimi, grilled meat, and all kinds of desserts as well. I do believe that it is one of the more complete buffets as it caters to multiple tastes instead of trying to shove one or two particular cuisines down its customers. It's clean and the service from the staff is well mannered.

This is one of the luxury hotel you would find in the diplomatic area of Dhaka. Location is good. Food tastes good but not like others similar in town. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

I was passing by and wanted to take a photo of the hotel, since it looked good with a cloudy sky background.
However, hotel security rushed at me and wanted to know what I was doing. I was astounded! I explained that I was only taking a photo for Google maps. The guy asked me to delete the photo apparently because 'taking photos were prohibited by the management'. Because the security did not misbehave, I didn't push this further and simply deleted the photo.
I don't know if it's logical, but I must say that I felt offended by such 'policy'.

This was my first stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Residence. I cannot recommend it more. If you need a place to stay in while you work, this is ideal. All the rooms are suites that are elegantly appointed and spacious in design. The staff are exceedingly warm and welcoming and the service very responsive. The breakfast is an interesting combination of healthy options such as exotic salads, fruits, parfait, eggs and vegetables, as well as gourmet hot dishes of beef, chicken, fish, veggies, noodles, etc. cooked in various styles. My compliments to the Chef and the wait staff too. There is no alcohol served in the hotel, but they provide you access to the BAGHA club next door where there is a full bar well attended by expats and locals.
