I bought kolkata to delhi and delhi to kolkata ticket from them. i needed to change the date while i was stuck in india, and called the spice jet to change my flight for an earlier date. they said, the ticket was bought on a coupon and for that reason, it cant be changed.

I had to abandon the ticket and buy another set of ticket early and i lost a huge amount of money.
