Faridpur municipality is one of the oldest municipality of Bangladesh. It is established in 1869. It is increased grade C to B in 1983 and from 1986 grade A. Now it has 9 words. The new structure of this office is developed by existing Meor Shake Mahatab Methu. The service of tihs offie is very good.
