And I'm talking about AC bus counter only. Don't get me started about NonAC bus counter. That place don't even deserve any rating!!

u can book Ac/ non ac ticket from here. but the counter is too small to accommodate a lot of passengers. so you might have to stand all time while waiting for your ride. If you are not in a emergency or in a hurry you better buy ticket from Mohakali counter. The receptionist is helpful though.

Service is good. Almost every 30 minutes interval bus is available. Waiting room should have more space and should have restroom. Otherwise its good.

It's one of the best bus services of Dhaka-Sylhet route. Ena is the only service which will take you direct Mohakhali through Uttora, Airport etc. The counter of Kodomtoli, Sylhet is really a well decorated place for waiting. In Ena counter you can't book your ticket by phone. You have to buy it directly. No booking facility is given.

My every weaks ride to office and my home town ride. I like it more than any other transport. Some times some of the drivers are very raff thats the reason lost one star from me. From north side of dhaka only relaible transport is this one.

well most of the time they dont even receive the phone call. May be the employees at the counter dont know how to well behave with a customer. Definitely i'll switch to any other bus service provider if i find it better than ena.

Not that much satisfactory. Although the buses are nice, but the drivers are reckless. They drive at high speed which causes accidents regularly.

It's a great transport. They r faster than any other transport is Bangladesh. Sometimes it's good but sometimes it's dangerous. So it depends if you agree to take the risk.

Went to Sylhet on 7-Oct-17 and returned to Dhaka on 10-Oct-17. The Hyundai Universe AC Bus was in excellent condition and driver was also good. Nice journey.

The new Hyundai Universe buses are excellent. They have implied the new speed bar system, as a result the driver is no longer speed the bus higher than 80 km. Much safer now.
