This area is amazing. There are many Pharmacy, Restaurants, Mosque, School & Colleges here. Yakub Ali School is one of them. Nice place.

It's a commercial place surround by residential areas. Narrow but calm by-roads are connected with it. Small shops are available inside the residential areas. But you have to come to main road if you need quality and variation of goods.
It's not a Bazar. Generally at evening time you will find some temporary kiosks who sale fresh vegetables and fish with a chip price.

Calm and quiet place in the downtown of Chittagong city. Inexpensive place for living without facing flood of heavy rainfall. With lots of grocery shops and supplies available made this place good for middle class peoples. Schools and Mosques are enough in the neighborhood. Al-Haj Yakub Ali Girls School & College, a trusted good school for girls are on the main road of Eidgah Bow Bazar. This school is situated by the Yakub Ali family, a very respected family of the neighborhood.
Have an easy access to the western part of the city. Pahartoli Bazar, a biggest wholesale bazar is very nearby.
