Assamualaikum,
My name is Nirab, I am from Sreepur, Savar. I bought a bicycle of SCORPION PLUS model from your Durant Gallery 2 months ago. Within a month of purchase, the tire tube of the front wheel of the bicycle ruptured which I later fixed. But after a few days the gear sifter opened surprisingly. There is a lot of noise during cycling and after a few days the front brake of the bicycle stops working and when you lift the seat you go down automatically and when you paddle hard there is a lot of noise.
I bought this bicycle from your gallery with high hopes. So I hope you will take any action on the problem of this bicycle of mine. I have a request for you.

Salara is a thief. Does not provide any service after purchase, doubles parts. If you buy a bicycle, you buy it without Durant. Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!
