The worst service provider in mohammadpur. If you call them for any problem instead of solving your issues you will be seen their unprofessional behavior and don't care attitude. Their customer support even doesn't know how to talk to clients. I called them several times they didn't solve my issue. they were supposed to send their technician. they didn't do that also they didn't pick up my call as well.
It would be better to stay away from this kind of stupid service provider.

Awful customer support. Not recommended. Use triangle or Link3 they will provide better support and better packages.

This is the best service I've used as a guest to Bangladesh, 5/5. I Highly recommend it. The only cons they have is your network connection speed slows down 40% during nigh time which they explicitly inform you on their website.
