  Just bought a laptop yesterday. I was confused which one I will buy. They suggest me to buy Dell 5442 and told me that this one will be good for long time use and will not hot. After one day using this laptop I have seen that this one is not a good for long time use, getting hot only browsing some website even I did not installed/used Photoshop, Microsoft word etc yet. This laptop is core 15 and 6 GB ram but the performance seems slow. I also did some searches online for review of this laptop and the overall reviews are not good. I am so upset on them because I trust them but they provided a bad product (so far i think that).
  
  I call them within 20 hours of product buying but they do not interested to change this product. They suggest me to use laptop cooler to avoid the problem. I think that is not a good solution.
  
  So I am not happy with them by buying my laptop from them :( My point is that, when customer trust you and ask for help, you have to provide a good product.
  
  I also bought a router from them yesterday and I am happy with the router. Which was lowest price than others.
