They just maintain outside garden but didn't care about overall maintenance. Washrooms are extremely disappointing especially besides of Restaurant. Rooms furniture needs emergency replacement including bedsheets and towels.

Only quality place to stay if you visit Dinajpur. Staffs are very cooperative. Standard motel in Dinajpur. The environment is fantastic.

You will get the value for money. Not international standard but quite okay. Air-conditioned spacious room. Hi speed wi fi. Limited number of items in the restaurant menu. Food is prepared after order, fresh and tasty. You have to order keeping 30 minutes time in hand. Superb scenic beauty, surrounded by garden.
