A couple of days ago , I went in DHL Gulshan 1 branch and I was fully surprised of their service. I wanted to send a parcel for my sister at USA and the boy named Rony was amazing. What a true character and service 👏. I will come to this brunch only to get the service from Mr. Rony and infact I shared this experience with my friends also. Worst company with worst services. They expect customers to chase them with queries and take long time to solve issues. Their customer center people are rude and have no clue . Every thing they will say their clearance team will call back which never happens. Go for FEDEX or BLUEDART if you want your packages in time. Big thumbs down to them.

Firstly, this company didn't deliver the order to the doorstep. Instead, they said to go to their office to clear it. But after going to DHL office that won't clear as they need the ID to have same name of the account that was purchased from. Even though we have all proof the product is ours still won't clear without matching name on national ID. Trying to find flaws to cheat their customers so they get paid 2x if the product isn't delivered. If they really wanted to deliver, we would have got it already.
