  The service I have just received from this outlet is more than excellent. This kind of customer service attitude is not very usual in Bangladesh. I was feeling welcomed and respected all the time I was here.
  
  I sent a parcel to China 🇨🇳. The booking staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this DHL outlet to anyone who wants to send parcels abroad.
  
  A quick tip: if this is your first time with DHL you may need to show your NID so carry it with you.
  
  You can pay the fee by cash or credit/debit card.

  Well, in my case, from speaking over the phone with a friendly, knowledgeable customer service assistant about finding out the quickest & easiest nearest location, till the end when I was handed over the receipt in an envelope, throughout- what an excellent customer service, one usually do not get to see in Bangladesh, I’m sure! As soon as I arrived at my nearest branch I was greeted with a polite, friendly manner, yet with the perfect professionalism by an assistant. He was so calm & patient the whole time, as my documents wasn’t sorted out properly, but that gentleman made sure my whole DHL experience goes smoothly & amazed me with his customer dealing skills, I must say. So, I ended up leaving with a smile on my face. So, here’s my heartiest gratitude to the gentleman I was served by Mehedi Hasan Mim (elephant road branch). You’re a star. Wish you all the very best in your life ahead & a big bunch of thanks. It’s always people like you who makes the whole difference in life & makes the world a better place to live! Well done boy!

  Very cooperative service person. He even printed the receiver's address for me and pasted on the envelope. Understands the university transcript processing very well.
