This is a public library. And it's a historical place. The history about this place is given below.
Established in 1950, Jinnah Memorial was established in 1971 as the great freedom fighter, named after Shaheed freedom fighter Anjarul Haque K (Dhiraj) and Mizanur Rahman (Mizan).
