Dhaka Taxes Zone is the place for submit your all type of taxes. Here the building is well decorated and well furnished. 2nd floor is for the customer care. All the stuff and associated persons are very much responsible here to there duties. Alternative Dispute Resulution is an opportunity to come into a break-even point through mutual discussion between the respectable assesse and the Taxes Department by resulving any disputes of an assessee lying with any income tax authority, Taxes Appellate Tribunal or Court in the manner described in Section 152F of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984. Such process of resulving any income tax related disputes is renowned as Alternative Dispute Resulution .

Its a good idea to go there for tax related issue. There is a customer care at ground floor of the 2nd 12 story building. You will get all services there. All kinds of tax and vat related services are provided there. If customer care don't cooperate properly you can also go to the first floor of the same building and submit you complain there at commissioner office. Friday and Saturday is off.
