Just wondering how they can get 4.7 stars when the service is Worst .My shipment was shipped out last month may 31 from Singapore and now it's 20 June. And my shipment has yet to have been shipped out and my partner is coming back to Singapore tomorrow. Even called thier customs clearance number many times but no one answered. Email them but they choose to ignore my emails. I am just so disappointed. The staff that I email was apuraba. Emailed him number of times and wow. His never replied my email. Despite me showing him the status on my shipment which was idle at the DHL warehouse for close to 14 days. So use DHL at your own risk. Especially when shipping to Bangladesh.

I read all the reviews, those are mailing from BD to overseas but when we send something to BD that one will be a different story. I sent 2 small vitamin bottle cost about 99$, DHL also charge more than 100$ as a mailing cost, when it reached to BD they're asking 15545 taka to clear the stuff, Attached the cost, what I think it will be too much, so I lost my interest to talk to those people. I gave up. Also I'm not sure where the store the package, since the temp was above 30 C, there was a chance to be damaged if they don't keep below 20 C. We need to rethink to send anything to BD via DHL. Thanks you

Their overall service is really good like the payment system or tracking system. But I was going to face a severe problem whilst I was submitting my documents. The customer officer took two envelopes from me which were to be sent after putting them in a big envelope. But when he was inserting the two envelopes, he dropped one and didn't even notice that. When I told him if something has fallen there, he looked down and brought that document up from the floor. So always be careful for such incident.
