I love this shop. This is a cycle heaven. All kind accessories for cycle are available here. There are all kind of cycle available and you spend time to purchase your one. Different year model here. You can order if stock not available. Price is reasonable and also installment facilities are there. I bought my one from here. After sell service is good but you have to pay for it. But overall this shop is good to purchase

Being a cyclist myself, I always love cycle life exclusive. Their environment inside the showroom, collection of bikes and bike accessories are really good. Though they can improve a lot in the bike accessories section. The behavior and hospitality of their sales people were always great and so friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to cyclelife exclusive who's willing to buy or service their bikes. Btw, their service center is also very good and reliable. Another information is really amazing, Meghna Group, who actually makes all those bikes, is one of the largest bike manufacturers and exporters in the world. Which I'm really very proud of.

Nicely decorated and well behaved, but price range is so high comparatively other shop.They just offer a 2 week service warranty with a new bicycle,I think it should be improved.Moreover you have to pay 5% VAT, that make you disturbed. If you are a well know person of veloce then they offer a discount, its really irritating for general customer.They should build any rule for all class people, thank you

Sometimes it's hard to find spare parts for some of the new brand bicycles.but they try to give their best after sales service. Their behavior is good.Shop is organized and air-conditioned.

Their attitude be like they know better than a professional biker which they don't. I sat for 1 hour just because of a loosen brake, and I wander how many hours i'd have to wait if the shifter/derailleur was lose!
Second thing is I didn't like their attitude, not at all! Perhaps it would be better if they could hear it from my mouth. For instance I felt like I am the salesman and they are my customers! 😂 I'm sorry I couldn't find anything better from their responseless and irritative behaviour.

Among the things I like, they have quite good number of variety bike collection. The showroom is pretty, and the A/C temperature is perfect. 😃

Worst kind of after sales service. Spare parts for veloce legion 20: 2016(disk brake pad) is not available with them in january, 2017. Unfortunately went there for full service and servicing of front brake. Eventually ended up malfunctioning rear brake after servicing. Just buy the cycle from them. BUT DO NOT EXPECT ANY KIND OF AFTER SALES SERVICE.
